Job Description:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss client requirements
• Clearly and regularly communicating with management and technical support colleagues
• Writing and repairing computer code
• Leading software development projects
• Ensuring that all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met
• Performing trials, testing and quality checks to ensure strong functionality and optimisation
• Maintaining and supporting systems and improving the performance of existing software
• Keeping detailed records of development processes
• Meeting individual client’s requirements and standards
• Designing and updating software databases

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Consultant or in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

As a Business Development Executive, responsible for engaging with clients and driving sales. You need to have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive.

Job Description:

• Establish, build and maintain partnerships with a wide portfolio of existing and potential partners to fulfil the business needs through regular contact and account management.
• Actively seek new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Identifying and implementing partnership opportunities within the Company.
• Achieving set monthly targets.
• Obtain candidates eligibility documents to for funding purposes. Arrange with clients for face to face or remote enrolment sessions to be conducted.
• Develop a network of relationships with client companies. Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and understanding of all funding opportunities.
